Exam format

• familiarize with Prescribed Subject 3
• Day 1
  • Paper 1: 20%, 1 hour
  • Paper 2:
• Day 2 – beware Biology being scheduled on the same day
  • Paper 3 (HL)

Tips

• answer question 1 during 5-min reading time
• divide 25-30 minutes for mini-essay
  • answer has to be directly relevant to the question
  • clear references made to the source + used effectively as evidence to support analysis
  • accurate and relevant own knowledge demonstrated
    • synthesis of source and own konwledge
• write 3-4 points (can go up to 6) compare and contrast
